The condo also provides outstanding WIFI speed and coverage throughout the unit (see speed test photo in the gallery). The fully stocked kitchen with new KitchenAid appliances are a chef's dream prep area. The adjacent bar space provides guests with an ice maker and an additional beverage refrigerator. The drip coffee maker will provide the morning brew that guests will enjoy to start their day. A large balcony with a bar top table and chairs provide an outdoor escape to take in wide views of the ocean and take in the ocean breezes.
The Primary Suite offers guests a king bed with private access to the main balcony. The en suite bathroom is tastefully designed with beach décor and a wonderful walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin single bed with a nice size walk-in closet. The en suite guest bathroom is tastefully updated with a walk-in shower and another entrance to the main hallway.
Guests of Beachy Keen will have full access to the privately gated grounds, ocean front pool and spa (hot tub) as well as a gated private beach access to some the finest beach on St. Simons Island. The North Breakers elevator provides guests access to fourth floor and a quick 50' walk to the front door of the condo.

Sanitation / Disinfection during COVID-19: Lilmar Properties has always been committed to providing our guests with rental properties that are properly cleaned and sanitized. Starting May 1, 2020, we will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests. All properties will be treated (on frequently touched items, such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, etc.) with a U.S. EPA approved disinfectant product that kills the COVID-19 after our regular housekeeping process is completed.

Cancellation Policy:
30 days from arrival - 100% refund
14 days from arrival - 50% refund
