The breathtaking views from the main living level will make the magnificent living room, dining room, kitchen and game area the main gathering place of the home. The large chef-style kitchen is perfectly suited for guests to prepare all of their meals while chatting with guests in the dining room or while watching the game or a movie on the large 55" HD television in the living space. The living room opens up to a large deck area where guests will find a large dining table and chairs to sit back and enjoy the amazing views!
With five bedrooms, the Beach Lawn Cottage will have a space for everyone to have their own retreat. The Primary Bedroom Suite is located on the 3rd floor (top floor) and offers guests a king size bed, a sitting area, fireplace, wet bar/refrigerator, HD TV, private balcony along with a master bath that will wow guests! The bunk room (Double size bed on bottom, twin upper and a twin trundle bed) offers sleeping space for 4 is located on the 3rd floor as well and even has its own spacious double vanity bathroom with walk-in shower. The other three guest rooms and three full bathrooms are located on the first floor, two of which offer King beds with their own oceanfront balcony and a third bedroom offering a Queen size bed. Also on the first floor is a second living room which is the perfect gathering place for guests to watch the game or a movie on the large HD TV with DVD player with tons of room to spread out over two sofas and extra seating.
Extras included in the fantastic property include a private elevator with access from the ground floor to all levels of the home, two laundry centers, an extra full size refrigerator, a gas grill, two outdoor showers and wash down areas, another large deck area perfect for time in the sun, parking for 4 vehicles, an oceanfront community pavilion with two community swimming pools 50 yards from the home and so much more!
