Dixie Sunrise is situated in the pristine East Beach neighborhood, keeping guests close to the sand and spectacular ocean views the entirety of their stay. When you’re not cozied up indoors, enjoying the comforts and luxury that await, you can just as easily be strolling along East Beach utilizing the Third Street beach access pathway which sits just behind this inviting home away from home.

Exciting Upgrades


As of November 2020, Dixie Sunrise has undergone major interior renovations, elevating the luxury of a stay in this property from start to finish. Guests who book Dixie Sunrise can count on enjoying new furnishings, flooring, as well as upgraded appliances throughout!

Exterior Features and Extras


While time at East Beach is always a treat, so is time spent in the sprawling yard that Dixie Sunrise hosts. Guests who book a stay are invited to enjoy the property’s large saline pool surrounded by cozy loungers in the privacy of a fully fenced-in yard. There’s plenty of green space for little ones to run and play around the exterior of this property, but when relaxation is top of mind, a spacious cabana opens up to the pool area from the interior of the home for added rest and rejuvenation. This air-conditioned space includes access to a large television, dry bar with a refrigerator, and game table too.

The pool is surrounded by a travertine deck as well as outdoor dining sets. Here, you can enjoy savoring a meal cooked up on the Weber Genesis propane gas grill that’s also ready and waiting to be used. Hoping to spend the majority of your time out and about during your stay? Dixie Sunrise has a ground floor two-car garage available as an added convenience that’s also stocked up with bikes for making the most of the island’s beautiful trails.

Interior Features


Open concept design, large windows that frame the view and island-inspired color palettes are defining features of a stay in Dixie Sunrise. The primary living room in this property is found on the third level of the home and hosts plush, beige furnishings situated in front of a double-sided fireplace, and a large flat-screen television for added entertainment value. Nautical-inspired artwork adorns the walls of this space while sleek hardwood flooring adds a wonderfully modern touch. 

While the living room provides access to outdoor decks where ocean views can easily be savored, it also provides convenient access to the kitchen for those looking to serve up savory meals during a stay. This culinary space showcases a gas range, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops that are sure to delight.

When it’s time to rest up, the master suite with a king bed is found on the first floor of the home. This room includes access to a master bath complete with a jetted tub. No matter which bedroom guests select, the comfort and style of each make it simple to gear up for a day of island fun ahead. Sanitation / Disinfection during COVID-19: Lilmar Properties has always been committed to providing our guests with rental properties that are properly cleaned and sanitized.  Starting May 1, 2020, we will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests.  All properties will be treated (on frequently touched items, such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, etc.) with a U.S. EPA approved disinfectant product that kills the COVID-19 after our regular housekeeping process is completed.
Sanitation / Disinfection during COVID-19: Lilmar Properties has always been committed to providing our guests with rental properties that are properly cleaned and sanitized.  Starting May 1, 2020, we will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests.  All properties will be treated (on frequently touched items, such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, etc.) with a U.S. EPA approved disinfectant product that kills the COVID-19 after our regular housekeeping process is completed.
 
  • Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.
  • Sorry, pets are not allowed
  • Some of St. Simons' beaches are not accessible during mid/high tides. You will always have plenty of beach in front of Dixie Sunrise... high tide, low tide, any tide!
  • Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) provided
  • Check In: 4:00pm      Check out: 10:00am
  • Parking for four vehicles
  • Pool Heating Fee: additional $45/night upon request
  • Minimum Age Requirement of 35 years of Age to Rent the Property.
