The spacious Primary Bedroom has a king-sized bed and is connected to a spa-inspired bathroom consisting of a double vanity, standing shower, and a fantastic soaking tub. The office on the First floor converts to a king-sized guest bedroom. The Kitchen is wonderfully updated and ready for the perfect home chef to prepare the perfect meal for friends and family.
The second level features 3 additional bedrooms as well as 2 full baths. Offers front & back porches perfect for morning tea or afternoon coffee. The guest bedrooms offer a queen bedroom, and a bunk room consisting of two bunks with twin beds - four beds total - the perfect kid's room!
This 5 Bedrooms House provides accommodation with Parking, TV, and Kitchen, for your convenience. This House features many amenities for guests who want to stay for a few days, a weekend, or probably a longer vacation with family, friends, or a group. Enjoy your stay on Saint Simons Island!
Sanitation / Disinfection during COVID-19: Lilmar Properties has always been committed to providing our guests with rental properties that are properly cleaned and sanitized. Starting May 1, 2020, we will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests. All properties will be treated (on frequently touched items, such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, etc.) with a U.S. EPA-approved disinfectant product that kills COVID-19 after our regular housekeeping process is completed.
Cancellation Policy:
30 days from arrival - 100% refund
14 days from arrival - 50% refund
**To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Lilmar Properties strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance which is offered by Lilmar Properties during checkout or after booking. Contact Lilmar Properties with any questions.
