Welcome to The Retreat at Pier Village! This custom-built home is in the heart of the St. Simon Island Pier Village area. Located within a two minute walk from Mallery Street and the Village, guests will have immediate access to the best restaurants and shopping and of course the St. Simons Lighthouse and Pier! Enjoy access to the Neptune Park pool and Fun Zone Memorial Day through Labor Day. This home is located in a quiet and quaint neighborhood where privacy is the luxury you have been waiting to enjoy!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (13 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.

The home offers guests an open floor main living level floorplan with two large living rooms, a fully stocked chef's kitchen with everything you will need to prepare meals and a large dining table with room to seat twelve. The kitchen island also offers seating for four. Guests will enjoy the latest in entertainment options with new large screen LG HD Smart TV's throughout the house and a SONOS sound system in the living spaces. The private back courtyard is the perfect location to prepare burgers or steaks on the Weber gas grill or enjoy time together on the outdoor living room furniture.

The primary bedroom suite is located on the main living level and is a private escape for guests to enjoy. Upstairs guests will be treated to a home gym with benches, resistance bands, and a pull up bar. The 3 upstairs bedrooms each come with their own en suite bathroom, one being a fantastic bunk room consisting 4 full beds and 1 twin bed.

Guests will enjoy an amazing game room experience in the garage space. Featuring an HD TV with a SONOS speaker, pool and ping pong table, Golden Tee and NFL Blitz arcade games and tons of board games.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Perfect choice

The game room was wonderful for all ages . Fun with board games also . Kitchen was very well equipped with pans and dishes . We cooked big dinners and breakfast daily for the 10 of us . Beds very comfortable and bathrooms for each bedroom was perfect . Kids loved the bunk bed room ! Great location walking distance everywhere. Highly recommend.

Amazing Home Near Pier

Fabulous home. Great location. Several restaurants within walking distance. East Beach is a short 3miles away with easy parking and beach showers. Neighborhood is safe and quiet but short walk to downtown shops and the Pier. Uber is easily accessible for dinners at Halyards or The Red Barn. Also recommend Coastal Kitchen for dinner. The house was super clean and well built with plenty of seating and a magnificent kitchen. Well worth the price! Highly recommend.

Great house and location

Great house and location for a large group with kids visiting Saint Simons. Easy walking distance to restaurants, parks, and the village. And a short golf cart ride to the beach. The house is new and very comfortable and is in a nice neighborhood of homes. The downstairs area (kitchen, dining room and living room) felt even larger than the pictures appear. The game room in the garage is a nice bonus.

Fabulous house

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The accommodations were beautiful and well kept. We did not have access to the dryer but the property manager provided a laundry service. We can’t wait to come back next year!!!!

Amazing custom property

We all had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and contemporary property. It was very clean, had all the modern amenities and comfortable furniture. We enjoyed the games-room the most! Only item we missed in this house was the hair dryer.
