The primary bedroom suite is located on the main living level and is a private escape for guests to enjoy. Upstairs guests will be treated to a home gym with benches, resistance bands, and a pull up bar. The 3 upstairs bedrooms each come with their own en suite bathroom, one being a fantastic bunk room consisting 4 full beds and 1 twin bed.
Guests will enjoy an amazing game room experience in the garage space. Featuring an HD TV with a SONOS speaker, pool and ping pong table, Golden Tee and NFL Blitz arcade games and tons of board games.

Sanitation / Disinfection during COVID-19: Lilmar Properties has always been committed to providing our guests with rental properties that are properly cleaned and sanitized. Starting May 1, 2020, we will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests. All properties will be treated (on frequently touched items, such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, etc.) with a U.S. EPA approved disinfectant product that kills the COVID-19 after our regular housekeeping process is completed.
Cancellation Policy:
30 days from arrival - 100% refund
14 days from arrival - 50% refund
**To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Lilmar Properties strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance which is offered by Lilmar Properties during checkout or after booking. Contact Lilmar Properties with any questions.
