Welcome to Red Cedar Villa! Red Cedar Villa is a tropical haven among the gorgeous neighboring homes in the heart of St. Simons Island. This location is ideal for a perfect family getaway. Enjoy your own private plunge pool along with access to the Coast Cottages Community pool! This home has four levels plus a rooftop terrace and with sufficient space to host a large family or multiple small families together.
The main entrance to the home is through the first level. Upon entering the home you will l first notice a gorgeous and lush enclosed courtyard with a private outdoor heated plunge pool. Once inside, this entry level will lead you to the garage and an elevator that allows access to all levels of the home. Inside the garage you will find a gas grill and plenty of folding chairs.
The Second level of this spacious home has an inviting family room with plenty of comfortable seating, endless board games for the entire family to enjoy, and access to a furnished deck with an outdoor dining area and patio chairs. With three bedrooms and three en-suite baths, this is a great level to gather and host family trivia or game nights! You all can compete against each other or in teams and then head out to your headquarters for some rest.
The main living space can be found third floor of this home. This main living space has a wonderful open floor plan configuration that will make navigation easy! Let's start with the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with the chef's comfort in mind–whoever gets to cook will have all the appliances and cookware needed to whip up absolutely everything that comes to mind, from full-course meals to quick snacks on the go. You'll find a French-door fridge, wine fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric oven, dishwasher, and a shiny island that seats up to three. Right off the kitchen is the elegant dining area with a gorgeous six-person dining table.
The living room will be a delight to be in with comfortable furniture throughout and a large, mounted flatscreen TV with cable. If the weather permits, take the fun outside to the furnished deck and keep having a blast while enjoying the refreshing breeze! This level also features a half bathroom and a laundry room with a washer/dryer combo for your laundry needs.
And last, but certainly not least, the upper level of the home. This is a unique space with access to a rooftop terrace with marvelous views of the neighborhood, four beach chairs, a single chair, and a small table. Bring up your favorite cocktails, smoothies, or hot beverages, put on your sunglasses, and get ready to experience the most beautiful and unforgettable sunsets ever. This level also has one bedroom with access to an office space with a desk and a printer, another furnished balcony, and an en-suite full bath with double vanity, walk-in shower, and a separate tub.
Details of the Heated Community Pool:
Sanitation / Disinfection during COVID-19: Lilmar Properties has always been committed to providing our guests with rental properties that are properly cleaned and sanitized. Starting May 1, 2020, we will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests. All properties will be treated (on frequently touched items, such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, etc.) with a U.S. EPA approved disinfectant product that kills the COVID-19 after our regular housekeeping process is completed.
Cancellation Policy:
60+ days from arrival - 100% refund
31-60 days from arrival - 50% refund
0-30 days from arrival – 0% refund
Cancellations will be refunded less the processing fee based on the time of the cancellation notification and terms (without exception, even for same-day cancellations)

- From Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon every weekend between September 22 and May 21.
- Thanksgiving weekend from Wednesday afternoon through Sunday afternoon
- Christmas week from December 24 afternoon through January 1 afternoon
- Spring Break from March 15 through April 15.
- Any other days may be heated upon request for $50 per day, paid in advance to SSCCNA.
- Pool heating is not available (nor desirable) from May 22 through September 21.
