Welcome to the Pelican Cottage!  This magnificent custom built East Beach cottage is the perfect island escape for guests to live a luxury island lifestyle as well as enjoying everything that St. Simons Island has to offer.  Located at the corner of 15th St and Ocean Blvd, guests will have quick and easy access to the Gould's Inlet Beach Access a mere 1/4 mile down 15th St as well as the scenic views of the marsh at their doorstep.  Head to the roof top observation deck and guests will find multiple stunning ocean and marsh views, perfect for capturing sunrises or sunsets!  Offering 6 bedrooms and 5-1/2 bathrooms, the cottage offers guests a wide variety of living spaces both indoors and outdoors. 
 

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (14 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.

In the main house on the first level is where you will find the main open concept living area, kitchen and dining spaces. The living area has two sofas that will seat six, two sitting chairs and a 65 in flat screen television. The chefs style kitchen offers high-end stainless appliances which include a gas stove top, double oven, dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, two sinks an island with a bar that seats four and a dining table that seats eight. The butlers pantry has a sink, wine cooler, fridge and plenty of extra cabinet and counter space for larger families. Also located on the main level is a half bath and also a game room with tv and sectional couch. 

Going up the stairs to the second level is your first guest room with a king bed, 45 in flat screen tv and full bath situated with single vanity sink and walk in shower. The second guest room has two queen beds, full bath with single vanity sin and a tub/ shower combo. The primary bedroom has a king bed, large dresser and 65 in flat screen tv and his and her closets with a private covered porch.  The perfect spot to enjoy privacy away from it all . The primary bath has a double vanity sink, large soaking tub and a walk-in in shower with two heads and a hand sprayer. The first of two laundry rooms is located on this floor and has a washer/ dryer and a sink. 

Up the stairs to the third floor is where the third guest room is located. This room is situated with a king bed, 55 in flat screen television and a small closet. The bathroom has a single vanity sink with a shower/ tub combo. Also located on the third floor is a spiral stair case that leads to the roof with spectacular marsh and ocean views. 

The outdoor spaces of the Pelican Cottage is where guests will really want to enjoy time together.  There is a covered porch complete with two full sofas, two sitting chairs, fireplace and 55" flat screen television. Under the breezeway to the guest cottage, the outdoor kitchen area offers a Green Egg grill, a 36" griddle, a wood burning grill and stainless counters with granite tops perfect for preparing meals outside.

The heated pool is spacious and is 3ft in the shallow end and 6 ft in the deepest part with a spa that will seat six comfortably. The pool and spa can be heated in the off season for $100.00 per day. Pool side you will find a dining table that seats eight, lounging chairs and a couch with coffee table and two sitting chairs. There is an outdoor shower located on the side of the house that is perfect for washing off after a fun day at the beach. This property is one of our best St. Simons Island rentals with a private pool!

The guest house is located above the two car garage (which is not available for guest use). The guest house has its own washer and dryer, full kitchen with all stainless appliances and eating bar for two. The living area has a sofa that seats two, two sitting chairs and a 65 in flat screen tv. The guest room has a custom bunk with two twin mattresses and the master has a king with a 65 in flat screen television. The full bath has a single vanity sink and walk in shower.

Cancellation Policy:
60+ days from arrival - 100% refund
31-60 days from arrival - 50% refund
0-30 days from arrival – 0% refund

Cancellations will be refunded less the processing fee based on the time of the cancellation notification and terms (without exception, even for same-day cancellations)
