Beautifully renovated and newly decorated condo on St. Simons Island, Pearl del Mar offers guests private gated accommodations with on-site amenities including a community pool, a tennis court and a fitness center. The condo has a large open floor plan with a comfortable sofa (with sleeper pull out), a large 65" HD Smart TV and a wonderful sun room space with plenty of light and seating to enjoy reading time or enjoying morning coffee. The dining area has a dining table with seating for four guests. The galley style kitchen has everything guests will need prepare meals for the duration of their stay if they choose to! The primary bedroom suite offers a king bed with an HD TV and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower. Pearl del Mar is the perfect getaway to enjoy quick access to everything so you can enjoy living like a local on island time!
Sanitation / Disinfection during COVID-19: Lilmar Properties has always been committed to providing our guests with rental properties that are properly cleaned and sanitized. Starting May 1, 2020, we will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests. All properties will be treated (on frequently touched items, such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, etc.) with a U.S. EPA approved disinfectant product that kills the COVID-19 after our regular housekeeping process is completed.
Cancellation Policy:
30 days from arrival - 100% refund
14 days from arrival - 50% refund
**To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Lilmar Properties strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance which is offered by Lilmar Properties during checkout or after booking. Contact Lilmar Properties with any questions.

- Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.
