Built in 2021, this NEW vacation rental home is ready to welcome guests! Located in the quaint new cul-de-sac neighborhood of Couper Place, Island Whimsy is the perfect island escape for guests to enjoy time a way from it all but minutes to the beaches, shopping and restaurants on St. Simons Island. The outdoor space of Island Whimsy is your own private resort setting with a private heated pool and spa (can be heated for $45/day) and in water lounge chairs! Guests will enjoy access to 4 adult bicycles, a beach cart and beach chairs during their stay. The décor of the home is a comfortable island theme that guests will be able to find multiple living spaces indoors and outdoors to enjoy. The open concept living / kitchen / dining space offers a 60" HD Smart TV, perfect for guests to enjoy a family movie night or the game!
The primary bedroom suite is located on the ground level and is spacious with a King size bed and an en suite bathroom. Upstairs, guests will find three Guest Bedrooms. The first Guest Bedroom has a King size bed with access to the hall bathroom. The second Guest Bedroom has two twin size beds with access to the hall bathroom. The third Guest Bedroom is a bonus room with two full size beds with trundle beds.

Sanitation / Disinfection during COVID-19: Lilmar Properties has always been committed to providing our guests with rental properties that are properly cleaned and sanitized. Starting May 1, 2020, we will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests. All properties will be treated (on frequently touched items, such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, etc.) with a U.S. EPA approved disinfectant product that kills the COVID-19 after our regular housekeeping process is completed.
Cancellation Policy:
30 days from arrival - 100% refund
14 days from arrival - 50% refund
**To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Lilmar Properties strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance which is offered by Lilmar Properties during checkout or after booking. Contact Lilmar Properties with any questions.

- Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, receptions, etc. are not permitted.
