Once inside, you will find a beautifully decorated living room open to the dining room and a fully stocked kitchen a few steps away. Guests will have access to the ground-level Weber gas grill. The living area has a 56” flat-screen television perfect for watching a game or a movie. In the dining area, you will find seating for ten and a pop-up breakfast nook with seating for two. On this level, there is also a half bath and a spacious covered back porch with plenty of outdoor seating and dining for six.

The Primary Bedroom, located on the second floor, has a comfortable king-size bed, and a large 50” flat-screen television. and an en-suite bathroom complete with separate double vanity sinks, a walk-in shower, a jetted garden tub, and large closets. There are two decks located off of the primary bedroom and bathroom. The front porch overlooks the marsh which offers amazing sunsets! The larger back porch offers two lounge chairs and another seating area perfect for relaxing. Unique to the primary bedroom is its very own in-room coffee/beverage bar complete with a glass front beverage refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker. The laundry room is also conveniently located on the second floor.
The top level offers two large bedrooms each with its private bathroom. The first spacious guest room has two queen beds, a large closet, and a shower tub combo as well as a 34” flat screen television. This guest room also has a porch overlooking the marsh where you can view the best sunsets on the island. The third bedroom, also with a 34” flat screen television, is sure to be one of the children's favorites! It has two sets of custom-made bunk beds each with full-size top and bottom bunks! That's right, four full beds with lights and charging stations! There is another open deck off of this bedroom where you can sit at night and hear the waves crashing in the ocean and palm tree leaves rustling in the ocean breeze, or during the day lay out on the provided lounge chairs and get an island tan!
