This was a fabulous spot for us and for our 12-year-old son. The hot tub and pool were a huge hit! The condo had everything we needed for our visit and it was beautiful!

The condo was beautiful and comfortable. The one suggestion is that there be a sign in the master bathroom indicating that the tub drain does not have a release valve. We had to bail out the water.

The condo was as advertised, all the codes worked great , no issues getting in or out. Wasnt sure about using the fitness room got a look when i went in so walked the beach and into town. Kitchen could use a little up date but everything worked fine. Very nice starter package to use before you go to the store. Overall would stay there again, the vacationers were all nice and welcoming.

This condo was very clean, updated, and aesthetically pleasing!! They had extras that were helpful from beach chairs to blankets, coat hangers, ironing board…..anything we needed was there! The Nest shampoos and soaps were a great perk in the bathrooms, and the starter bag of kitchen/laundry essentials so helpful, too! I’d definitely want to stay in this unit, and The Beach Club was an ideal property with east beach access and a clean, lovely pool to enjoy!

The condo was great and well equipped. We loved that there were 3 beach chairs, beach towels and some beach toys. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were super comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Our only suggestion would be to get larger and newer televisions. Also the WiFi needed to be fixed so working there from the co do was very difficult. Overall, it was a nice condo and we would recommend it.

Condo 337 was simply perfect! It came with all the “extras” to make our packing lighter. From beach chairs, beach towels and even beach toys! It was extremely clean also. Newly renovated master shower, too! We will definitely plan to stay here again if we ever get a chance to go to St. Simons Island! The complex itself was amazing also. Pool area was great with grills so we all got to enjoy grilling out poolside. Highly recommend condo 337!

We have no complaints. Room was adequately spacious for our needs, clean, and well equipped. Mommy appreciated the easy beach time reading material, which was a nice touch! Our 4 year old had a ball at the pool, which was clean with plenty of seating available. We loved Beach Club and 337! Our recommendations are putt putt golf at Neptune Park, Massengale Park, Half Shell, Bennie’s Red Barn, Fort Frederica, Palm Coast muffins, Palmers, and enjoying the walls at low tide. We left some beach items, to include a boogie board, in the master closet for other families to enjoy! Thanks Lilmar Properties for another great vacation in SSI!

We loved staying at Beach Club and condo 337. The location of Beach Club was great and easy access to all the amenities on the island. It was great to be able to walk to restaurants, shops and park. Beach Club as complex was very clean and well kept. The pool area was great as well as the hot tubs. We loved the availability of grocery carts by the elevator to take up our groceries to our unit. The unit of 337 was very well appointed and updated. They supplied all the necessary amenities that we would need during our stay. The only thing that we thought would have been nice is some plastic/reusable cups and plates that we could have taken to the pool with us or used on the deck. We will definitely stay at Beach Club again.

I can't say enough good things about condo 337 at Beach Club and Lilmar Properties. The communication and instructions that we recieved from the rep with Lilmar Properties was great. The instructions for arrival and departure were very clear and easy to follow. Beach Club and condo 337 were perfect for our needs. We had two adults and 1 child. The condo itself was very well appointed and updated and provided all the necessary amenities that we needed during our stay. Beach Club was a great complex and great location to everything on the island. The pool and beach were wonderful. The grounds were very clean and well kept. We really appreciated the grocery carts they provided by the elevator to bring up our groceries. We will definitely stay at Beach Club again and use Lilmar Properties.

We have an 11 to and 15 yo and this was a great choice for a family spring break. The condo was perfect size and equipped . Easy check out process (we have stayed at others that have been tedious ) . The pool was great . SSI was fantastic. Only recommendation-a few more beach towels and suggest guest bring beach blankets . Low tide is nice - having beach blankets to sit on the sand would be perfect !!

If your a walker and a beach person this is the place to be. It’s close enough to some restaurants to walk . Grocery carts on site if you’re staying awhile and hotel type luggage carts available.

Definitely heading back the next chance we get! Check in and out was super easy. This condo has great access to the beautiful beach, property pool and is located minutes from the pier area. The only complaint, which is completely out of the owners control, is the parking. The parking lot under the building is extremely tight. Otherwise, everything else was great!

Perfect summer getaway. Family friendly complex with a great pool and sundeck and private access to the beach. The location was perfect - close to SSI shops, the lighthouse and the pier. The condo was perfect, and the owners were extremely helpful with all of their email communications and super quick to respond when we had a couple of questions. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this unit with our teenage son and his best friend. The master suite was a wonderful quiet place for us, and the guest room with two twin beds was perfect for the boys. The kitchen was well appointed and we made good use of it! It's very cozy and nicely decorated without being fussy. We'd definitely stay here again! As for Beach Club, I've been going there since I was a teenager and it's a wonderful place! Spacious pool and courtyard area with easy access to it's private beach. Although some places at SSI don't have much beach, this area does. Highly recommended.

we loved the condo! it was very nicely renovated and clean. the beds were so comfortable. we had everything we needed in the room. only disappointment was the view. we thought it was more of a partial beach view but you face another condo. will still be booking another trip here. the property was also well manicured and clean.

Lovely accommodations. The unit was very clean. Wonderful attention to detail. Great starter items to get us going. Beach chairs and towels, books to read, lots of information about the island. Loved the restaurant menus book. We had a blast picking out each meal. Enjoyed the masterbed linens, very comfortable to sleep. Would book again.

Our experience from renting the property online through checkout was wonderful. The property was exactly as photos indicated and was clean and comfortable. The Beach Club pool and access to the ocean were exactly what we wanted. We didn’t have any problems with our unit but I did text a question to the management company and I received a quick reply. No complaints!

Beautifully redecorated unit, great pool, response to Covid19/cleaning was very good. The unit could use a few scatter rugs. It’s a whole lotta tile, kinda cold. Enjoyed our stay.

Our two weeks on St Simons Island and at Beach Club 337 were delightful. The condo was very clean and comfortable and well-stocked. It was a pleasure to work with Adam and Beth. We appreciated Adam’s quick response and help with programming the tv. We would love to return at some point in the future.

Everything was wonderful especially new shower in Master bath. Only little issue is that when I went down to get a cart to load up our car at 9:30 AM on departure day, the passcode to open the door no longer worked. Luckily my wife was still in the condo and let me in.

An Amazing Condo! Great location 3rd floor at the end! Quiet with great views! Beautiful decorations. Comfortable beds and couches! Plenty of space and very nice upgrades! I highly recommend this Condo!

The condo was clean, cozy, beachy with a well equipped kitchen. There were a number of excellent restaurants nearby within walking distance and it was just steps to the pool, hot tub and beach. We loved having coffee in the morning on the porch as the sun was rising. The bike trails were great and yes, we will be back!
