The house was perfect for a family Spring Break. Perfect location to beach (2 min walk) and a 15 min bike ride to the Pier and downtown shops/ restaurants. We will definitely be coming back!

The property was nicely renovated and ready for our crew of ten. Bikes and easy beach access location was great. The property management was very responsive and escalated any issue to the right Level of trade needed. The bunk beds works well. Would stay again and recommend to a close friend. Southern Soul BBQ, Echo and GA Sea Grill did not disappoint! Topped off with dulce dough for some of the best donuts ever.

We really enjoyed the large spaces which allowed us to spread out. I knew it would have plenty of space, but it is even better than expected. Very clean and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is as amazing as it looks on the website! It was awesome having a private pool, but also such a short walk to the beach - we couldn't have asked for a better location. The house was clean, well-equipped and maintained. The beach towels, wagon, and beach chairs provided were in good shape and made the trips to the beach much easier. Our kids are already asking if we can make it an annual trip!

Two families enjoyed a lovely week in SSI staying at A Wave From It All. Upon arrival we were quite impressed with this home, felt larger room to room downstairs vs. the pictures online. This house comes STOCKED with great extras like bikes, beach wagon, pool floats and plenty of beach towels for the pool too. We would recommend highly given the location, around the corner from the beach access, and for a comfortable and spacious landing spot for 2 busy families together again for vacation.

Excellent vacation home perfect for large families! We had the best Memorial weekend bc of this home. We enjoyed having special family time in the fantastic large kitchen and dining areas. We were so close to the beach and restaurants it made getting the most out of St Simons very easy. The home was beautiful and clean! We have stayed at many rentals on the island but have to say this was definitely one of our favorites! Absolutely fantastic home!

We had many different age groups and this place was perfect. The little kids could watch Daniel tiger at the same time the older kids played video games in the next room and the parents all on the dining room table all at the same time. It was very close to the beach and the bikes and beach chairs were a fun bonus. We have been coming to Saint simons for years and this was one of the easiest homes to stay in and relax. The back porch is as awesome as the picture looks also.

Prefect relaxed get away. Nice sized rooms and kitchen had everything. Looks as good as the pictures. We used the screened in porch and biked to the beach. Great local seafood and breakfast. Hot water a little iffy.

Great house! Everything a family needs to have a successful gathering! The bikes were a nice addition. Rented some for the kids…. They were all over the island! Comfortable walk to the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed in utensils. Highly recommend!!

We had an absolute blast at your house and St Simons. The availability of bikes made the trip all more special! Our group had a great stay at this house which exceeded all expectations! The kitchen was fantastic and well stocked and the living areas were great for watching football all weekend. Very short walk to the beach and a quick drive to town. While the house has everything needed for a rental the house felt much nicer and welcoming than other rentals.

We rent a different house every summer! Always love the East Beach location and this location was ideal…you Could easily walk to the beach. The house was very nice and we were pleasantly surprised by all the adult sized beach bikes in the garage! Enjoyed this property! Wish the pool was bigger!

We loved staying here at A Wave From It All for the 2nd year in a row. It fits our extended family perfectly. The pool is refreshing to come back to after spending a day at the beach. The bikes were great for biking to coffee in the mornings plus the playgrounds and downtown during the day. We were comfortable during our stay when Tropical Storm Elsa hit, only losing power for 3 hours and the property managers responding promptly to what needed to be fixed with the house the next morning. This is a beautiful piece of property and very clean. Our party included 6 adults and 4 kids. The walk to the beach was easy. The house is large and allowed everyone to spread out. The kids loved the pool and the screened in patio was perfect. Also loved the bikes provided to check out the area. Wish we could have spent more time there.

My family rented this house for a long weekend to celebrate my parents 30th anniversary and it was absolutely perfect! We had 7 adult guests and each person had ample amount of space/privacy. The living spaces are large and open, which was great for our group and playing games. When we were not at the beach (which is a stones throw away), we spent days on the screened in porch and at the pool. It is such a wonderful entertainment space! Each night we sat by the fire pit in the front yard. It was very peaceful and we appreciated the ample seating. The house truly had everything we could have wanted and the process of renting it was very easy! Overall, we had a 10/10 experience and look forward to visiting again.

This was great for our group of six adults. The three king beds and en-suite baths were the primary reason we booked this property. The spacious seating and dining areas were great. The location was perfect with just a short walk to the beach and the WWII Home Front Museum. There were only a couple minor issues: 1. The hot water was very temperamental, but once we were use to it we managed it. 2. The TV would go into a buffering cycle about every 20 to 30 minutes. 3. One of the three burners on the grill would not light. Even with these minor issues I would still give this property a 5 star rating.

We had a fantastic time at this property and Lilmar was awesome in accommodating anything we asked. Beautiful, clean and private oasis that was a short walk to the beach, was just perfect for our family. The extras; bikes, beach umbrella, beach towels were a great added touch. Paying for the extra heated pool was absolutely worth every cent as a couple of days were chilly. The kids loved the bunk beds!! We will definitely be back as we fell in love with St. Simons and our experience here!  We had an amazing time and enjoyed every second. Thanks for everything!

We wanted a place to go to get away from all the Covid madness. This was it! The house itself was amazing — clean, well appointed, spacious. There was more than enough space for our three families. And the layout was perfect. We enjoyed hours on end in the pool, hanging out on the screened deck and conversing at the kitchen counter and dining table. The adults could kick back in the formal living area while the kids watched TV in the other living room. East Beach was a mere 3-minute walk...we could run over to make sure it wasn’t crowded before having the rest of the troops join (the beach was never crowded on weekdays and only moderately crowded on the weekend during the mid-to-late August week we visited). The house came with a number of bicycles which enabled us to tour the general neighborhood. Overall it was an exceptional experience. I would definitely return and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

This was a great house—new everything, impeccably clean, tasteful decor, and plenty of room to spread out. Screened in porch and pool got mega use since we stayed in a lot due to Covid, but with a house so comfy, why leave? Location was awesome, charming block and 5 min walk or 7-10 stroll to a gorgeous beach. Bikes and beach buggie were a huge bonus!!! Highly recommend,, would absolutely stay again.

A Wave from it All was truly a stunning home - the new renovations, the floorplan and layout of the home, and the beautiful furnings and architecture made this house a 10/10. It was a sprawling house with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The amenities such as the private pool, the gas grill, the kitchen appliances, the bikes and beach wagon, ETC enhanced the overall vacation experience. To top it all off, I got engaged during the week, and this house was perfect to celebrate the milestone event!

This rental exceeded all of our expectations. We traveled with 6 adults and 6 kids and it fit everyone comfortably. The three king bedrooms was fantastic! We then had a girl bunk room and boy bunk room. Plenty of linens, towels, etc. We were just a few houses down from the Coast Guard Station public beach access. Close enough that we felt comfortable with the older kids walking back and forth to beach. We rented a tent and chairs each day which made our trips to beach very easy. The house had plenty of the beach supplies we just decided to rent so we didn’t have to set everything up. The pool was a highlight for the kids! We were able to sit on the screen porch and watch them have fun. We brought our fire stick and had a movie night in the movie room one night. The grill cooked our beef tenderloin to perfection. Kitchen was well stocked. Highly recommend this rental in East Beach.

We have vacationed in SSI for 2 decades now and this is one of the best rentals to date. So spacious with room for our group to spread out and enjoy the various living spaces yet still be together. The oversized dining table was awesome for our low country boil as well as our family game nights, and the huge kitchen island was perfect for sharing appetizers and cocktails before dinner. The house is literally steps to the beach - right next to the WW2 Museum and old Coast guard station. One of the best perks were the 6 adult bikes that were included. We used them daily to explore the island and for the quick trips to the village for lunch and to shop - literally less than 2 miles away. And the beach cart and boogie boards included were so nice to have. The house has all the finest finishes and appliances and the beds were so cozy. We will definitely rent here again and can't recommend it enough!

We had a fabulous time with family celebrating a 40th birthday! This house is gorgeous and so well laid out. The private pool was perfect for the kids while the huge back porch gave the adults a perfect space to watch them and hang out. We will definitely be back!
