New Rental!  Welcome to the Water Lily Cottage!  Located in the much desired oceanfront community of Coast Cottages, this charming 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom home has it all!  Views of marshes from three coastal front porch balconies will rock all of your worries away while you view the wildlife at your doorstep. Located only 325 yards from the ocean front Coast Cottages Pool Pavilion and beach access, this home will allow guests to have access to some of the best amenities on the island.  The Coast Cottages Pool Pavilion offers private gated access to two oceanfront pools (which can be heated during cooler months), private beach boardwalk access to some of the widest and calmest waters on St. Simons Island. 

Upon entering the Water Lily, guests will find two guest bedrooms, both with en suite full bathrooms as well as a laundry area.  On the second floor, guests will find a wonderful open concept floor plan with a newly updated appliances in the kitchen, a large 55" HD Smart TV, a comfortable living space and plenty of seating around the dining table (6) and bar seating (4).  The secondo floor balcony is a great space to enjoy morning coffee of evening cocktails while watching the sunset over the marsh.  Enjoy grilling? The new Weber gas grill located on the back side of the cottage will be the perfect spot to grill your catch of the day!  The fun spiral staircase will take guests to the third floor balcony with a birds eye view of the marshes below.  The master bedroom suite is located off of the living area and is a wonderful escape featuring a king bed with a en suite bathroom with a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower.    

The Water Lily Cottage is a wonderful island classic that will be the perfect home to make wonderful island memories!  


Details of the Heated Community Pool: The Coast Cottages pools can be heated in the cooler/winter months upon request.  The fee to heat the pools is $40/day starting 24 hours before the requested heated dates through the end of the last day of requested dates.  The Coast Cottages community does heat the pools (at no extra charge to guests) during the week of Thanksgiving, week of Christmas through New Years Day, the last week of March and first week of April (Spring Break).  A 48 Hour Notice to Management is required to heat the pools.

Sanitation / Disinfection during COVID-19: Lilmar Properties has always been committed to providing our guests with rental properties that are properly cleaned and sanitized.  Starting May 1, 2020, we will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests.  All properties will be treated (on frequently touched items, such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, etc.) with a U.S. EPA approved disinfectant product that kills the COVID-19 after our regular housekeeping process is completed.
 
  • Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (7 persons). Group events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, student groups, etc. are strictly prohibited.
  • Sorry, pets are NOT allowed
  • No Smoking
  • Linens (Bath towels, Beach Towels & bed sheets) provided
  • Check In: 4:00pm   Check out: 10:00am
  • Oceanfront, beach access/pool area is 325 yards from the front door.
  • Parking for 2 vehicles (additional parking on adjacent streets)
  • Minimum Age Requirement of 25 years of Age to Rent the Property.
