The master bedroom offers guests a large space with a King size bed, an HD Smart TV and an impressive master bathroom including a large walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet.  The two guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower.  Both guest bedrooms have an HD Smart TV.

Guests will particularly love the close proximity to Gascoigne Park (75 yards away), St. Simons Marina (50 yards), Hamilton Plantation Slave Cabins Historic Site (50 yards away) and Epworth by the Sea.  Enjoy launching your boat for a fun afternoon on the water, playing a round of frisbee golf in Gascoigne Park or learning about the extensive history at the historic slave cabins.

Sanitation / Disinfection during COVID-19: Lilmar Properties has always been committed to providing our guests with rental properties that are properly cleaned and sanitized.  Starting May 1, 2020, we will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests.  All properties will be treated (on frequently touched items, such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, etc.) with a U.S. EPA approved disinfectant product that kills the COVID-19 after our regular housekeeping process is completed.
 
  • Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, receptions, etc. are not permitted.
  • Pets are NOT allowed
  • Linens (Bath towels, beach towels & bed sheets) provided
  • Check In: 4:00pm      Check out: 10:00am
  • Parking for three vehicles
  • 2.9 miles to Coast Guard Beach Access
  • Minimum Age Requirement of 25 years of Age to Rent the Property.
