** Beginning November 13, 2023 through March 30, 2024 (weather permitting) the King and Prince Resort will be retiling the walkways on all levels of the South and North Villas. Loud noise and the presence of construction workers are to be expected during this project. Work will resume November 4, 2024 and is expected to be completed (weather permitting) by mid February 2025. There will be no work taking place November 26-31 and December 23-31.**
